Dok Siao Pattern
Weaving of the applied Karen weaving group is Yok Dok or Yok Lai weaving to make the white Dok Siao pattern outstanding when placed on a purple cloth. To weave a piece of cloth, weavers need calmness, concentration, patience, delicacy to get a cloth that is beautiful in the whole piece.
It also brings together the wisdom of Pa Ka Yor people in weaving, keeping cotton threads soft and preserving color to last according to traditional wisdom.

Woven fabric with Dok Siao pattern, Muang Tak is the woven fabric of Tak Province which was invented in 2006. The woven fabric features Dok Siao pattern, which is the provincial flower of Tak Province and woven fabrics are colored in purple tones. It looks beautiful, durable, and Tak people like to use woven fabric with a Dok Siao pattern to cut into shirts to wear every Friday.
