Kaew Mukda Pattern
Kaew Mukda Mudmee silk Pattern is the use of ancient fabric patterns that are unique and have the meaning of the province. There are 5 patterns, tied into patterns on silk threads and woven into a cloth. Each pattern has a unique identity and meaning for Mukdahan Province.
- Sai Nam pattern (Ngok Ngak pattern or zigzag pattern) looks like a white curve, refers to a symbol representing the Mekong River, which is the river along Mukdahan Province and is the border line between Thailand and the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
- Naga Noi pattern (or the Naga pattern) is an animal of fertility, relating to Buddism. Isan people will respect the Naga as a common culture. It appears that there are many types of Naga patterns in Isaan fabrics. It refers to the Naga who lives in the Mekong River, watching over the lives of the people of Mukdahan.
- Chang Nao flower pattern (Krabuan Noi pattern) is a yellow pattern of Chang Nao flowers which is an auspicious tree in Mukdahan Province
- Tum Lek Pattern (Wood Pattern) refers to small glass ball (stars in the sky)
- Tum Yai pattern or pearl pattern looks like a white flower, also known as Lai Tum, refers to Kaew Mukda, which is the sacred object of Mukdahan people.

Kaew Mukda Pattern is a pattern consisting of Chang Nao flower, Dok Kaew Yai, , Dok Kaew Lek,
Ngok Ngai pattern, Naga Noi pattern for women, often used to cut into traditional Thai dress to wear in the auspicious event. Men use to cut shirts to wear in auspicious events or use as souvenirs for the respected. The colors used are turquoise, fuchsia, blue and bright yellow.
